If you want to add a new discussion, go to the "Discussions blog page" in the not linked section.
In the Using the Events Page post, you will find most of the basics you'll need to manage your events.
If you want to add a new event, got to the "Events page" in the main navigation section.
After reading these, you should be able to manage your membership area posts and your event posts yourself. We hope you're happy with this interface!
