Upfront payment: A 100% payment is required to confirm your booking. This is only 50% refundable.
Cancellation within 14 days of the event: The full amount (100%) is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If you need to change the date, we will do our best to offer an alternative date, subject to availability.
